Progress Week

Progress Week is when coaches check every student’s skills, fitness and focus against the syllabus. At the end of the week, each student will receive a feedback card with one of three outcomes:

  • Not ready yet
  • Almost ready – needs to work on specific skills
  • Ready to grade

This gives everyone a clear idea of where they stand and what their next steps are. Progress Week takes place in your usual class – just turn up ready to train!
