Absolutely fantastic kickboxing club, my son absolutely loves going. He's been with them 3 months and his confidence has come on so much, he took part in his 1st fight and was absolutely buzzing. I can't recommend them all enough. Thank you for all you do ❤️

My brother loves coming kickboxing he gets excited for every session and comes out from school asking when it’s time to leave. The instructors are brilliant with him, really patient and clear with their explanations, they show everything clearly and break things down for the children to follow. He’s learnt loads and has got more confident, as well as his listening improving at home. You can tell all the coaches care about each of the kids and want them to get better and enjoy kickboxing. It’s such a friendly place and he’s getting so much out of it. I couldn’t reccomend it enough!

I visited NSK with a group of Beaver Scouts for a children's session they absolutely loved it, this was due to the excellent guidance and encouragement from the coaches and jr coaches. It was really nice to see the jr coaches actively involved with the children and enjoying coaching them. I really recommend NSK the coaching is excellent and very easy to follow. All of our Beavers picked everything up easily and all really enjoyed the session. Well done everyone.

North Staffordshire Kickboxing is honestly one of the most inclusive clubs we’ve ever been part of. The coaches really take the time to get to know my child, understand their needs, and make sure they feel comfortable and supported. Instead of a ‘one size fits all’ approach, they give a truly personalised experience, adapting activities, encouraging them at their own pace, and celebrating every achievement. My child has grown so much in confidence since joining, and it’s amazing to see them enjoying kickboxing in such a welcoming environment. It’s also so nice watching the teenagers get involved and help the younger ones, there’s a proper friendly, family feel to the gym. You can tell everyone really cares about each other here. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough.

Our Grandson has been attending every week for over a year. His confidence and skills have grown immensely. The instructors are amazing, I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else.

Started the Adult class for fitness and found it to be so accommodating and fun. The instructors are patient and very attentive. The workouts are made so that you do as much as you can it's not an amount of an exercise but a time block. This way it's suited to your ability. Brilliant all around!
